Sharing a whiteboard in a Teams meeting - Whiteboard Tutorial

- [Instructor] Hi. In this lesson, we're going to take a look at sharing a whiteboard in a Teams meeting. We're here in Whiteboard, we're signed in as Heather. You can see Heather up here, in the upper-right corner. And we have our Avid Legal Whiteboard. This is a whiteboard that we have been working on throughout the course, and we have a team set up for this project, the Avid Legal Onboarding Project. Now, I'm going to go back, we don't need to have that open. But we're going to go to Teams now, and we're going to look at Heather's Calendar. And there's already an Avid Legal team in progress. She's going to go ahead and she's going to join. And we're going to get warnings about the camera and the microphone, but we're not going to worry about that. We're not really having a Teams meeting, we're just having a Teams meeting so I can show you how to share. We can see that Gary is in the meeting already. And we're going to come up to the upper-right corner and click on the Share button.…
