- If you've ever watched the HBO Television series "Entourage," you might remember the agent Ari Gold. His job is to always be looking for opportunities to help his superstar client. He investigates the best opportunities and goes back to his client and then says what he found. Then he gets feedback and goes back out again, fighting on his behalf. It makes you think about what everyone could get done if they all had their own Ari Gold. That's essentially the idea behind AI agents or what's often called Agentic AI. Here, instead of the system waiting for their prompts, it will work off of a much shorter goal. Then the agent will go off on its own and try to accomplish that goal. AI agents might not make you a movie star, but they can assist you with questions, job searches, and business research. A typical chat with an LLM might be about you coming up with a prompt and then reading through the system's response. Then you'd come up with another prompt based on what the system says. It's…
