I'll go ahead and close that, and the FontDoctor window is composed of these four tabs here. Scan fonts tells you when the last time your fonts were scanned for problems and the results of that scan. Below that are the auto scan settings, and here I can see that FontDoctor is going to initiate a scan once a month, or if any folder that I told it to auto scan is modified.
