Know your distraction patterns
- Do you know why you lose focus and why you get distracted? You likely have an idea, but oftentimes, what we think is distracting is usually only part of the picture. In order to improve your focus, you need to get clear on the patterns that are pulling your focus away. Distraction patterns are personal. They're unique to you, and understanding them is critically important in helping to improve your focus. When you can surface your distraction patterns, you can identify them and change them. In this video, I want to share how you can identify your distraction patterns, and it starts with first understanding that distractions come from many directions. Distractions can be internal, as in your own thoughts or worries.
