In this lesson, I'll walk you through the circle of awareness, giving you new insights to the symphony of thoughts, emotions, perceptions and behaviors, all that shape your reality and experience, and the skills to ride the emotional currents with wisdom and balance. My model, the circle of awareness, has four main elements that influence your current state of being, your thoughts, thoughts, emotions, perceptions and your actions.
