From the course: Drone Analysis with Drone2Map and ArcGIS Online

Exporting your results to ArcGIS online

- [Instructor] Now, let's export the work to ArcGIS Online. So, from the main menu, click on Share. Here, in the Share As group, we'll click on Scene Layer, which is for 3D scenes. Now, on the Share Scenes Layer pane here on the right, we're going to click on 3D Mesh, and we need to give it a title, so here, I'm going to just choose Chapter-04 and my name, so you can do the same. There we go. You can put it into any of the folders that are on arcgis.com that you want. Here, I'll just leave it default, and you can give a description and tags. Normally, I would choose to click on Organization to share it there, but because some of you might not have the Drone2Map Advanced License, I want you to still be able to do measurements with our 3D scene here that we've exported, so I will choose Everyone and make it public as well. Now I'll go ahead and click share, and it will be shared to ArcGIS Online. Okay, now that that's done, let's go ahead and open up arcgis.com and see the results. Okay, here I've opened up arcgis.com, and I've navigated to My content section, so here are my files. Notice I have a public file with this public icon here, and then a private one where I'm either sharing it with just myself or the organization, and they are the same output, the 3D Mesh. Now, I'll go ahead and click on this publicly available one, and if you don't have the ability to create this because you have the Drone2Map Standard License, then here's the link for being able to get to this same public page so you can do the same measurements in this video and the others next. I'll go ahead and click on Open Scene Viewer now and launch that 3D Mesh. Okay, here you can use these toggles in the upper left of the scene view, and you can also use your mouse scroll to actually move around and pan across this particular landscape. Here, I'm going to go ahead and use my scroll mouse to zoom in and zoom out, and here, you can use this toggle to actually move around in 3D.
