- [Voiceover] In this movie I wanna share with you something I kind of stumbled upon when I was working on an illustration, a vector painted illustration that is, and I came to an area of the illustration where I wanted to add a blend to a group of shapes, but I kind of ran into a problem. And I'm gonna demonstrate what that problem is and then show you how it was resolved and how you can do it, because it is very, very helpful for kind of composing your illustrative content, because it'll help you to pull off a certain look and feel that you can't do unless you know how to do it. So that's what I wanna go over in this movie. Once again, everything starts off in analog as sketch. My base shapes. I color those shapes with the fill and stroke. And then applying the line work brush to those strokes I end up with a nice kind of organic flare like this. Now this is at the point where I ran into a problem.
