- You're probably aware that today, we have the most generationally diverse workforce ever. And while you may already know some of the challenges this poses, in this video, I'd like to share three key considerations you should definitely be aware of. The first is that the exponential rise of technology and globalization over the last 20 years has drastically increased the amount, type, and 24-hour nature of communication. This has resulted in work groups feeling that they don't have the time to meet these demands and connect and collaborate as they did before.
