This African proverb is a great example of how two different levels of experience which may seem diametrically opposed can actually be combined to create the kind of intergenerational collaboration your organization truly needs. If you're serious about succeeding in today's diverse workforce, intergenerational collaboration is the next essential skill you must master. As a manager, your job is to optimize workplace effectiveness and success by intentionally developing your organization and getting the best out of your employees.
