Navigating the barriers that hold you back related to leadership, people and talent, and structures and systems will keep you on the road to continuous improvement. Changing the collective mindset of your leaders can be a huge barrier for most organizations. If leaders maintain a fixed mindset, for example, it can be difficult to achieve the objectives of continuous improvement. We also know that mindsets can be developed and changed through training and repetition.
