- In this lesson, we're going to discuss stakeholder management during an incident response. Now, during an incident response, it's important to think about the affected stakeholders and who they are. In any organization, there are numerous key stakeholders, both inside and outside your organization. This includes your senior leadership, regulatory bodies, legal counsel, law enforcement, human resources, public relations, and the media or press. Now, when you have an incident, all of these people or groups can be considered valid stakeholders, and you need to think about how you're going to coordinate your response, your messaging, and your management of these various stakeholders. First, we have senior leadership.
