I'm really big on people feeling valued, cared for and like they are important in the place where they spend the majority of their day, literally. And so I love to make sure that people feel acknowledged, that they feel important, like they feel valued. And the way to do that is by incorporating tools that give them the, opportunity to use their voice and share their unique skills and their thoughts about what's happening in the business. When we talk about empowering a team, I love what I've learned. That's called the reflection framework. So when we have a one on one or if an issue or something is going on, I have this document that's divided into four quadrants and it says, what's working, what's not working, what's missing, what's confusing. Every time I give that reflection framework, I also fill it out so that the conversation is not one way, it's two way. So we get to see where the gaps are and collaboratively close those gaps.
