Let's move down a couple of icons over here in the panel access bar to the one that's labeled spaces. So the spaces feature lets you set up rooms or areas of a building or a large job site or floors of a building and I'll note here that when you open a drawing you notice this one doesn't have any spaces but sometimes you'll open a drawing and it'll have lots of spaces. This might be because if the drawings were done in Revit, there is a Bluebeam plug-in that allows the designer to convert Revit rooms, which is a common design feature that they'll use in Revit. So they can automatically convert Revit rooms into Bluebeam spaces so that they're all ready for you to use. Now, the only way you'll probably find these spaces is to go to this Spaces panel, because spaces are meant to be an invisible layer in the drawing.
