- [Instructor] In the last video you saw how to create a bunch of pipes and structures all at once by using polylines already in the drawing. In this video, we'll create the pipes and structures one by one as we lay out the network. Before we create any pipes or structures, let's talk about what we're designing in this case. If we zoom in around station 8 + 00, we'll see that there's a high point here at 8 + 11.03. That means it's a drainage divide where if water falls or if rain falls on this road it's going to drain in this direction and in this direction away from the high point. So we're going to focus on this section of Jordan Court and draining that and conveying the drainage to a safe place. So about halfway down this hill, we're going to place a couple of inlets, one across from the other, along the curb line. Then we'll pick up that drainage and carry it underground to this pair of inlets, which are located at a low…
