- [Instructor] Renaming your drawings is very straightforward using Project Administrator, but there's a few rules we have to follow to make sure our files remain associated with the current project. Let's look at our Project Manager window and look at file 03_03_P&ID. So let's go to Windows and look at the same file in the Windows location, and see 03_03_P&ID. Let's go back to our project, and we're going to rename this file. So we're going to right-click on the file. I'm going to rename this. I'm going to call this 03_04_P&ID. Notice the change here, and let's go back to Windows and take a look. Notice it has been changed in Windows, so the changes we make in Project Manager do get pushed into Windows. Now let's try this the other way. I'm going to change this back to 03, but this time I'm going to do it from Windows. So I'm going to right-click, Rename the file.
