Altering the visibility of annotative dimensions in layout viewports
- [Instructor] Once again, we're in our bearing case .DWG file, and what we're going to take a look at in this particular video is the visibility of our annotative dimensions. Now, there's some really nice little tools on the AutoCAD status bar for this, and you can use them in both the Model tab and your Layout tabs. So we're in the Model tab right now, and at the moment we can see all of our annotative dimensions. Our annotation scale here, though, is set at 1:1 at the moment. So if I come down here to these little annotative symbols, that says Show annotation objects always. If I switch that off, can you see it's now only showing me the 1:1 annotative dimensions? If I switch that on again like that, it's showing me all of them for all different annotation scales. So if I now change this to 1:2 and then switch that off again, can you see it's only showing me the 1:2 annotative dimensions this time. It's a really…
