- Okay, here's a bonus tip for the course, keyboard shortcuts. They save time and boost productivity when working with large and complex workflows in Alteryx. There are several keyboard shortcuts in Alteryx Designer that will help you work more efficiently and get more out of the platform. These include the ability to save your workflow, undo and redo actions, Copy and paste selected items in your workflow, run your workflow, and more. The first is Control + S to save your workflow. This keyboard shortcut is used to save the current workflow. It's always a good idea to save your work frequently to avoid losing any progress in case of a power outage, system crash, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
