This release notes article elaborates on all features and enhancements that are released to at least a portion of our users in LinkedIn Sales Navigator in the time frame of July to September 2024.
Sales Navigator user updates
To deliver more value to a seller's workflows, we are bringing Sales Navigator insights on LinkedIn. Following are the insights that are available on LinkedIn:

Lead insights: Users of all editions of Sales Navigator can see Lead Insights on a profile page. Lead Insights appear in the Highlights section of a member’s profile and provide you with important information at-a-glance, allowing you to prioritize the most actionable leads.
Important to know
Lead Insights will only appear for leads that have relevant insights to share. For example - if the lead follows your company, based on Lead lists created in Sales Navigator. Also, lead insights may not appear for leads within your own organization. -
Account IQ on Company Pages: Account IQ provides a summary on key information about a company, including company financials, strategic priorities, competitive landscape, challenges, executive team, and more. Sales Navigator Advanced and Advanced Plus users can see Account IQ information on Company Pages.
Important to know
Account IQ summaries can be generated for organizations that have 200+ employees.
To ensure that seller's stay up-to-date and always have access to latest information, we are introducing some improvements and enhancements to notifications that you receive from Sales Navigator.
Following are the changes introduced:

Improved Email Digest: Notifications in the digest are ranked based on relevance, and will now have better headlines that makes it easier for you to stay informed.

Auto-open Notifications panel: When you click the
For Business icon from LinkedIn and select Sales Navigator, or when you click the icon on LinkedIn, you will see the Sales Navigator Homepage with the Notifications panel automatically open. This panel will open automatically only when you have new notifications to view.

Sales Navigator for CRM
CRM Embedded Experiences enable sellers to leverage more accurate data and insights to prioritize high-potential accounts, develop key buyer relationships, and uncover hidden allies and timely intel for effective outreach—all without leaving their CRM.
Previously, only CRM Embedded Experiences Find Key People feature was available with HubSpot. We are now introducing the following CRM Embedded Experiences features on HubSpot:
- Account IQ: Enables you to access powerful account insights within your CRM. Rather than searching across the web for relevant company insights and get up to speed quickly, Account IQ will provide an easy access summary of key information at a company. The feature will enable you to improve buyer-seller conversations, and have more productive conversations by understanding strategic priorities, likely pain points, and financials.
- Relationship Map: Offers you a centralized and consolidated place to store, update, and share account information with your colleagues who have a Sales Navigator license from within your CRM. With Relationship Maps, you can visualize and identify account gaps and opportunities to influence the people who matter the most to your deals at your accounts.

Rather than searching across the web for relevant company insights and get up to speed quickly, Account IQ will provide an easy access summary of key information at a company. The feature will enable you to improve buyer-seller conversations, and have more productive conversations by understanding strategic priorities, likely pain points, and financials.

The CRM Match reports now include the following changes:
- Persistent visual on the Reporting page in Sales Navigator making it easier to locate and view the report
- Availability of a downloadable file of all unmatched records for admins to review record discrepancies
- Deprecation of the Added to owner's saved accounts list from the report view.
