Forward an InMail message in Sales Navigator

You can forward any InMail message that is in your Sales Navigator inbox.

Important to know

Forwarding a message does not automatically include the attachments that were added in the original message. You'll need to re-attach the files as part of your new forwarded message.

To forward an InMail message:

  1. Sign in to Sales Navigator.

  2. Click the Messaging tab at the top of your homepage.

    You are taken to the Sales Navigator inbox. Your messages will appear on the left of the page. By default, you will see all messages.

  3. Select the conversation you wish to forward.

  4. In the conversation window, click Forward.

  5. Type in the names of the people to whom you would like to forward the message to.

    By default, all messages in the conversation will be forwarded but you can delete the text you don't want to forward.

  6. Click Send.
