Recruiter InMail follow-up actions

You can send an InMail message to a LinkedIn member in Recruiter from your search results, a project, or a member’s profile. 

You will receive InMail messages in your Recruiter Inbox when someone messages you.  

You can perform the following actions: 

  • Organize messages by projects using project filters 
  • Share InMail messages with your team or organization 
  • Assign Inbox to team members 
  • Use Quick Actions to add notes or reminders to a message without leaving the message thread
  • Setup out of office notifications for InMails 
  • Share calendar availability to schedule a call and interviews 
  • Perform bulk actions on InMails (mark as read, mark as unread, and archive) 
  • Use a Quick reply template  
  • Use a Smart reply (autocomplete recommendations)  
  • Save attachments sent by candidates directly to candidate profiles (images, videos, resumes, cover letters and other files) 
  • Filter messages by unread, accepted, declined or email 
  • Get contextual information when messaging a candidate via slide-in profiles 
  • Collaborate with your team via slide-in profiles (share notes on candidates, etc.)
