Enable out of office messages in your Recruiter or Recruiter Lite Inbox

You can enable out of office messages for your LinkedIn Recruiter or Recruiter Lite Inbox.

  1. Click the Messages icon at the top of your Recruiter or Recruiter Lite homepage.

  2. Click the Settings icon at the bottom left and select Out of office replies.

  3. Click the toggle to "On".

  4. Enter the start date and end date (mm/dd/yyyy format). 

  5. Type your response in the message box.

  6. Click Save.

Important to know

If your Recruiter license is temporarily parked, out of office replies will not be sent. The setting remains enabled after your license is reactivated, but replies designated during the parking period will not be delivered.
