Follow a LinkedIn Page on behalf of your organization

Last updated: 4 days ago

As a super admin or a content admin of a LinkedIn Page, you can follow another organization’s Page. By increasing the number of Pages that your organization follows on LinkedIn, you will help establish your brand image on LinkedIn and increase your networking and engagement opportunities with industry players and business leaders.

Important to know

As a Page admin, if you follow another organization's Page, then it implies that your organization is following the other organization on LinkedIn. This action is different from a member following an organization on LinkedIn.

You can view recommendations on Pages your organization could follow to increase your Page visibility. These recommendations are based on the information you provided when creating your Page and on the Pages followed by your Page followers. You can choose to follow Pages that are recommended to you, and you can also search for and follow a specific organization.

When you follow another organization’s Page, you can see and interact with posts from that Page from your Page admin view. These interactions are visible to your own Page followers which results in increased visibility of your Page, and can also influence an increase in your Page followers.

To follow another organization's Page:

  1. Go to your Page super admin or content admin view.

  2. Click Settings in the left menu.

  3. Click Manage following.

  4. Click either the Following or Recommended tab.

The Following tab displays all Pages that your Page is currently following. These are Pages that any other super admin or content admin of your Page chose to follow. The Recommended tab displays suggestions of Pages that are currently trending in your industry or Pages that your followers already follow.

  5. Click Add Pages to follow.

  6. Enter the name of the Page and select the correct Page.

  7. Click Done.
