LinkedIn Learning admins can download a full or filtered list of learners on their organization's account. The download is available in CSV format and includes customized fields based on learner attributes, groups, and licenses.
Important to know
To access the unified Admin Center, admins can use two entry points, depending on whether or not their profile is connected. Users with connected profiles can use the Admin Center tile in the header or select Me > Manage users.
Users without connected profiles can select Me > Manage users.
To download a full list of LinkedIn Learning learners:

From Learning Management, select Me > Manage users.

From the Users tab, apply any appropriate filters or searches to locate the specific group of learners you wish to view.

Select Manage users via CSV.

From the dropdown that appears, select if you would like to download All users, Filtered users, or Custom attributes.

Search for and select the User attributes, Groups, and Licenses in the Customized fields to include in your CSV download of all users window.
Here's a tip
If you don’t select any custom fields, your CSV download will include only your learner's email address. You can also choose Select all for the custom fields. -
When you've selected all the custom fields you'd like to include, click Download CSV.

You'll see a confirmation pop-up window when the CSV download is complete. Click Got it to close the window.
