  • 🌍 Global Development Week 2025 – Our Biggest Year Yet! During the week of November 3rd, we hosted Launchpad Academy’s Global Development Week, bringing together Early-in-Career talent from across the globe to learn, connect, and grow. Here’s what made the week special: ✨ We introduced CoLabs for the first time, creating new spaces for creativity and collaboration. ✨ The Launchpad Hack saw incredible ideas and teamwork from participants around the world. ✨ We hosted our first in-person fireside chat with our Board Member, who shared inspiring career advice. ✨ Participants also joined our first AI training sessions to build future-ready skills. The impact was clear: stronger teamwork, deeper global connections, and meaningful hands-on learning. 💚 Global Development Week continues to help our early talent grow with confidence and prepare for the next steps in their careers. The Launchpad Academy is raising the bar every year, and we’re just getting started! 🚀

  • What does early-career opportunity look like at ServiceNow? 💚 Just months after graduating, Erika Jacqueline Gonzalez led her first industry trade show for ServiceNow. She stepped into a major role at #NVIDIAGTCDC and even snagged a selfie with Jensen along the way. “I was nervous and excited going in, but once everything came together and I saw the floor running smoothly, I realized how far I’ve come and how important it is to trust myself." At ServiceNow, early-career talent get the opportunity to say yes to big opportunities, grow fast, and prove they belong in the room. 🚀

  • What happens when you mix tech, mentorship, and a whole lot of curiosity? You get an unforgettable day with the Urban League of San Diego County’s Project Ready students! 💡💻 The ServiceNow team driven by Jonathan O. Bailes and Alysse Hogan dove into real IT workflows, explored career paths in tech, and even rolled up our sleeves for a hands-on ticketing challenge. The best part? Watching students connect the dots from “what’s ServiceNow?” to “I can totally see myself doing this.” Experiences like these remind us how powerful it is when community, mentorship, and opportunity come together. 💚

At ServiceNow, we’re helping shape the next generation of women in tech—fueling curiosity, confidence, and connection. 🚀

Sr Software Engineer, People Tech | Strategic Builder | India Chapter Lead – Women@ServiceNow

💜 52 bright girls | 7 unforgettable hours | 40 enthusiastic volunteers 💜 Earlier this week, Women@ServiceNow India hosted 𝑯𝒆𝒓 𝑻𝒆𝒄𝒉 𝑭𝒖𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆 (𝑯𝑻𝑭), an initiative by Women@ServiceNow APAC being held across Hyderabad, Sydney, Melbourne, and Singapore. 𝑯𝑻𝑭 is designed to inspire high-school and university students to explore the world of technology 👩💻 In Hyderabad, a city filled with technologists, we believed the best way to inspire the next generation of women in tech would be by providing early exposure to those with limited opportunities. Hence, this year we aligned 𝑯𝑻𝑭 under the umbrella of 𝑾𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒏 𝑮𝒊𝒗𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑩𝒂𝒄𝒌 𝒕𝒐 𝑾𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒏, a global initiative led by Women@ServiceNow every October to uplift women and girls worldwide 🌍 Our team proudly welcomed 52 students from AP Model School, Madhapur, many stepping into a tech workspace for the very first time, and their excitement was contagious! Here’s a glimpse: 👋 Warm Welcome - Caroline Avanthika set the tone for the day with energy and warmth. 💬 Kick-off by Suneela Pothula - opening young minds to the endless possibilities of technology. 🚶♀️ Office Tour - from creative collaboration zones to the gym (their clear favourite!). 🎭 Stand-Up by Sushma Chitta - decoding corporate jargon through laughter and confidence. 💼 ‘So Many Ways to Be in Tech’ - a panel discussion highlighting that tech is about creativity, collaboration, and not just code; Moderated by Sushma and featuring Rachna, Nikita, Ekta, Prasanthi, Tuhina, and sukha. 💡 Innovation Showcase - with Madhumita and Poonam, sharing real-world stories of technology in action. 🤖 Product Demos - students experienced firsthand how ServiceNow “makes the world work better for everyone,” thanks to Sai, Anudeep, Jyothi, Prathyusha, and Prabodh. 🎶 Musical Break - our in-house band Gravity had everyone singing along, a spontaneous celebration of connection and confidence. 🧠 Agentic AI Lab - led by Kumud, with 40+ mentors guiding hands-on exploration of AI. 🧩 Crossword Challenge & Reflection - with Ashrith, helped students reinforce what they learned and articulate their takeaways with pride. A huge THANK YOU to all the speakers, mentors, and contributors who made HTF possible: ✧ Sucheta, Preethika, and Divya - our incredible Events (India) Leads who turned vision into reality. ✧ Rebecca, Avani, and Ella our Women@ServiceNow APAC Leadership. ✧ Priyanka - for connecting us to the right beneficiaries. ✧ Jonathan - for capturing the day’s magic perfectly! ✧ Srikanth, Khadeer - for ensuring a seamless office exploration. ✧ Sumit - for making the hands-on lab a success by rallying mentors. ✧ And our volunteers - Sudeepta, Veda, Bhavani, Anjali, Srinivas, and Aravind who made every moment count. • 🎤 “Tell me about yourself.” It’s a question that can shape any first impression. Last week, Cristo Rey San José High School students mastered their answers at our Elevator Pitch Workshop! ServiceNow recently hosted an Elevator Pitch Workshop for Cristo Rey San José High School students, part of our ongoing partnership through their Corporate Work Study Program. Each week, these incredible 9–12th graders join ServiceNow teams to gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to careers in tech. Workshops like this help students find their voice and share their stories with confidence, one pitch at a time. 🌟

  • From Boston College to ServiceNow, Jacqui’s message rings true: mentorship, curiosity, and courage are the anchors that guide every great career journey. 🌟   As AI reshapes the world of work, early-in-career talent will be at the heart of that change: driving innovation, creativity, and purpose. We’re proud to invest in this next generation of leaders who will redefine what’s possible.

Chief People and AI Enablement Officer at ServiceNow

Last week I co-hosted a young alumni reception for my alma mater, Boston College. I love spending time with alumni, many just starting their careers, because it reminds me how important mentorship is on our career path. I shared a few reflections from my own journey. As a first-generation college graduate, I didn’t have a clear roadmap after graduation. But I stayed curious and determined to find my purpose. I also had great mentors who saw something in me before I saw it myself. Here are three anchors I always return to:   ✅ Be curious. You don’t need all the answers. It’s about being bold enough to ask better questions. ✅ Stand for what you believe in, especially when it’s hard. ✅ Be kind. It builds trust and creates connections that change lives. AI is transforming the world of work and early-in-career talent will shape what’s next. They are the next generation of leaders who will bring the creativity, agility, and AI fluency we need to lead this transformation. Investing in early-in-career talent and creating new opportunities is one of the most important commitments any company can make. To all the Eagles I met, thank you for inspiring me! This is what community looks like. Be bold, keep learning, and lead with purpose. #EarlyinCareer #FutureofWork #AIWorkforce
