During the week of November 3rd, we hosted Launchpad Academy’s Global Development Week, bringing together Early-in-Career talent from across the globe to learn, connect, and grow. Here’s what made the week special: ✨ We introduced CoLabs for the first time, creating new spaces for creativity and collaboration. ✨ The Launchpad Hack saw incredible ideas and teamwork from participants around the world. ✨ We hosted our first in-person fireside chat with our Board Member, who shared inspiring career advice. ✨ Participants also joined our first AI training sessions to build future-ready skills. The impact was clear: stronger teamwork, deeper global connections, and meaningful hands-on learning. 💚 Global Development Week continues to help our early talent grow with confidence and prepare for the next steps in their careers. The Launchpad Academy is raising the bar every year, and we’re just getting started! 🚀

We’re passionate about empowering the next generation of innovators, and our new Youth Volunteering Program is doing just that. 🚀 In partnership with Virtual Enterprises International, Inc. and the Academy of Finance and Enterprise, ServiceNow employees guided students through pitch contests, elevator pitches, and one-on-one mentoring. This first-ever cross-Impact Council collaboration brought our purpose to life: helping students build confidence, creativity, and real-world business skills while showcasing the power of mentorship in action.

What does early-career opportunity look like at ServiceNow? 💚 Just months after graduating, Erika Jacqueline Gonzalez led her first industry trade show for ServiceNow. She stepped into a major role at #NVIDIAGTCDC and even snagged a selfie with Jensen along the way. “I was nervous and excited going in, but once everything came together and I saw the floor running smoothly, I realized how far I’ve come and how important it is to trust myself." What happens when you mix tech, mentorship, and a whole lot of curiosity? You get an unforgettable day with the Urban League of San Diego County’s Project Ready students! 💡💻 The ServiceNow team driven by Jonathan O. Bailes and Alysse Hogan dove into real IT workflows, explored career paths in tech, and even rolled up our sleeves for a hands-on ticketing challenge. The best part? Watching students connect the dots from “what’s ServiceNow?” to “I can totally see myself doing this.” Experiences like these remind us how powerful it is when community, mentorship, and opportunity come together. 💚

As part of our annual "Women Giving Back at ServiceNow" initiative and the debut of Her Tech Future, designed to inspire young women to imagine their place in the world of technology, we welcomed students from all over the APAC region into our offices. In Hyderabad, the day was filled with powerful stories shared by women leaders, hands-on mentoring sessions, AI demos, discussions on careers beyond coding, and even a surprise performance by our in-house band, Gravity. At ServiceNow, we’re helping shape the next generation of women in tech—fueling curiosity, confidence, and connection. 🚀

ServiceNow recently hosted an Elevator Pitch Workshop for Cristo Rey San José High School students, part of our ongoing partnership through their Corporate Work Study Program. Each week, these incredible 9–12th graders join ServiceNow teams to gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to careers in tech. Workshops like this help students find their voice and share their stories with confidence, one pitch at a time. 🌟
