  • We’re pleased to welcome Jason Mock to Santander Bank, N.A. as Head of Retail Distribution & Investments.   Based in New York, Jason will lead branch strategy and operations, our branch network, and the retail investments business — helping to shape the next chapter of Santander’s retail banking transformation.   He previously served as Executive Vice President of Wells Fargo, where he led the Consumer Bank’s West Division. With over 20 years of experience across financial services, Jason brings a proven track record in transformation, digital innovation, and customer experience.   As we continue our journey to become a leading national digital bank, Jason’s leadership will be instrumental in connecting more customers with the tools and guidance they need to reach their financial goals.   Welcome to the team, Jason! https://lnkd.in/egMWAMHN

  • Going global just got easier.   We’re excited to announce Navigator Global, a new digital platform designed to help small and mid-sized U.S. businesses explore, enter, and expand into international markets.   At our NYC launch event this week, leaders from Santander US and Navigator Global discussed how businesses can adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing global marketplace. Moderated by Michael Lee, the panel featured Stephen Stanley, Jonathan Richman, and Joe Hepworth, along with a live demo of the platform from John Carroll, CEO of Navigator Global.    For many U.S. businesses, global trade drives growth and resilience — but navigating new markets can be complex and time-consuming. Navigator Global makes it easier, connecting companies to insights, tools, and trusted partners across 30+ markets and 28 industries to help them scale efficiently and expand with confidence.   Helping businesses prosper has always been our mission. Navigator Global is the next step in that commitment — empowering companies to think bigger, move smarter, and grow beyond borders.   Learn how Navigator Global can help your business go further: https://lnkd.in/eNyUzwYP

  • We recently hosted our Branch Banking Summits, bringing together managers and leaders from across our New England and Mid-Atlantic regions. These gatherings were a chance to celebrate our progress, share ideas, and align on the road ahead as we work toward our bold ambition – to become a national, digital bank with branches. At the heart of every conversation? Our customers. By combining innovation and new technology with the strength and stability of a leading global bank, we’re building experiences that put customers first and meet their needs in today’s ever-changing world.

  • Our Openbank digital platform has hit another major milestone – its first-year anniversary in the U.S.! Since its successful launch, Openbank has continued to grow thanks in large part to its secure, best-in-class customer experience powered by Santander’s proprietary technology. And with a competitive interest rate and 24/7 access to funds and customer support, Openbank’s high-yield savings account has already gathered more than $6 billion in deposits. This is an exciting time to be at Santander Bank as we work to meet the needs of today’s consumer in an innovative way. Through Openbank and this offering, we are serving customers in all 50 states and delivering on our aim to be a truly national, digital bank with branches. Openbank is a division of Santander Bank, N.A. Member FDIC.

  • For nearly 30 years, Santander Bank has proudly partnered with AAA to finance tow trucks that keep drivers safe on the road. Our Commercial Equipment & Vehicle Financing team joined AAA in supporting the “Slow Down, Move Over” campaign, helping raise awareness of laws that save lives by requiring drivers to slow down and change lanes when approaching emergency, roadside, or utility vehicles. In honor of National Move Over on October 18, we encourage everyone to do their part: stay alert, slow down, and move over.
