    A Thanksgiving lesson on LinkedIn writing for you: My first 95 posts were bad. But my 96th post? Good! If I stopped at 95, I’d have been one post from my breakthrough. But I see this loads with beginners: - Post for months - Sucks up time and energy - Nothing exciting happens - Quit And they never get to that one game changing post (which comes at any given moment). Logically, that means you have one job as a beginner: Don’t give up. Here's 4 pieces of LinkedIn writing advice for you: 1. Use tools to post consistently → today I use magicpost.in 2.     🆚 Qui fait le meilleur post LinkedIn : l’IA ou l’humain ? J'ai lancé la grande bataille sur 12 critères (le verdict à la fin de mon carrousel). Mon avis en toute honnêteté, on a un avis trop polarisé entre deux camps : J'utilise l'IA ou je l'utilise jamais. Le problème, ce n’est pas d’utiliser l’IA. Le problème, c’est d’utiliser l’IA à des endroits où elle n'a rien à faire avec des prompts simples. Dans les faits, l'usage est généralisé : 61% des posts LinkedIn en Français rédigés avec l’IA (chiffre Influence Metrics en décembre 2024). On est face à un tabou car on ne souhaite pas avouer utiliser l'IA pour revendiquer le fait d'être authentique. Alors que c'est plus nuancé, je suis convaincu que les utilisateurs ne sanctionnent pas un compte qui utilise l'IA. Ils punissent un texte "cramé" sans aucun investissement ni vécu personnel derrière. Sur un réseau social, on publie d'humain à humain avec cette notion de confiance. Rien de pire que briser la confiance de ton audience quand le texte ne vient pas de tes idées. Dans mes tests, j’ai passé plusieurs dimensions au crible : l’accroche, l’expérience pro, l’anecdote personnelle, la réécriture, l’ajout de chiffres, la correction, le temps de production, le ton, l’expertise, la capacité à trouver des idées, le point de vue, l’empathie. Ce qui en ressort : L’humain reste indispensable pour que ton post fonctionne (ouf). → Il a cette capacité à assumer une position. → À raconter un détail vécu qui génère de la proximité. → Choisis un contexte précis connu par son audience À l’inverse, l’IA est clairement plus forte sur la partie “hygiène” du texte. Structurer un raisonnement, nettoyer les phrases trop longues, corriger les fautes, proposer trois variantes d’accroche en une minute... Donc, il faut arrêter avec l'hypocrisie du “100% humain”, ni “100% IA”. Un bon post LinkedIn est dirigé par l’humain, et assisté par l’IA. C'est même en 2025, un facteur de différenciation clé sur LinkedIn.
