CSFG is the private investment vehicle for a Brazilian family focused on global real estate, with a flexible mandate of co-investing debt and equity across various real estate strategies. Since inception in 2018, CSFG has accrued a real estate portfolio of $400MM in GAV, consisting of 200 multifamily units in New York; 780 units in New Jersey; and an 820K SF warehouse in Hagerstown, MD. CSFG has also invested in two privately-held real estate companies in Switzerland and Miami.
