Food is a big part of everyone’s well-being, and students need a place to eat where they can connect with others, recharge, and enjoy a sense of happiness in their school. That’s why we serve food kids love to eat and create programs that encourage fun and discovery. Most importantly, we believe that happy cafeterias start with our people. So we empower them to go above and beyond to bring their personal “extra” for even more creativity and joy at mealtime. Our goal every day is to make sure that students leave the cafeteria happier and healthier than when they came in.

Farmers market fun came to Marshwood Schools in Maine! 🚜🍎🥦🥔 The local Chartwells K12 team brought a hands-on experience to 4th and 5th-grade students where they “shopped” with play money and explored fresh, local Maine produce, including apples, broccoli, and potatoes. The Chartwells team at Chariho Regional School District in Rhode Island celebrated #NativeAmericanHeritageMonth with their second annual Indigenous People Brunch! In partnership with the Narragansett Tribe and the Tomaquag Museum, the event brought over 55 guests together to honor Indigenous culture through a traditional menu featuring local ingredients and Narragansett-inspired dishes.
