In reply to: Logo Not DisplayingHello @namritatravels,
I hope things are going well for you.
This is happening because the URL contains a logo that is using HTTP, which needs to be changed to HTTPS. Please refer to this image; the browser console pointed to that.
https://monosnap.ai/file/sZw76epb6IaOdQnKx1egjcIDGgWEJqHere are the steps to fix this:
– Navigate to WordPress Admin Dashboard >> Settings >> General >> Check the WordPress Address (URL) & Site Address (URL). If those places having http only then replace it with httpsFrom:
http://namritatravels.com/To:
https://namritatravels.com/If both places have HTTPS, then it means the database has stored the URL with HTTP, which you can search and replace using this plugin.
https://wordpress.org/plugins/better-search-replace/
https://wordpress.org/plugins/search-replace/Ensure you have the current site backup before doing the search and replace. Also, after completing the search and replace, remember to update the permalink from WordPress Admin Dashboard >> Settings >> Permalink and clear the cache from the Cloudways panel too.
Let us know, how it goes.

Kind Regards,
Imran KhanHello @berislavgrgicak,
We hope you’re doing well.
Thank you for taking the time to create a blueprint and testing link for our review. Our Smush team will review it shortly, and we will follow up with you soon.
We appreciate your efforts.

Imran KhanHello @martinnoel2620,
I hope things are going well for you.
I’ve pinged our team about you’re expecting an update, but that is a development task, so we still don’t have any ETA as suggested in the above thread. By the way, have you tried enabling the load from Ajax option? Does it help?

Imran KhanHello @marco00petrucci,
I hope things are going well for you.
I’ve created a feature request for the Forminator team, so your request is now under consideration. However, we still don’t have an estimated timeline for when it will be implemented. Still, anytime soon in the future.

Kind Regards,
Imran KhanHello @darknessfalls,
I hope things are going well for you.
I appreciate your concern, which is truly understandable. Let me share the other end of the situation in the Forminator update: 1.48.0 (2025-10-06) here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/forminator/#developers. If you look there, you’ll see around 30 enhancements and fixes have been done recently, so having everything informed as before may not be really possible. When we roll out updates, we also release a changelog like the one above.
Additionally, our team has added a notice here too: https://monosnap.ai/file/V3VtuMiOSYkMlswfNI8YbQmPOBE8XW, in case someone is configuring a new form.
I recommend reviewing the plugin changelogs to stay quickly updated on new releases so you can make adjustments. However, we rarely do this; we did it mainly to respect the WordPress network settings.
I hope this information will be helpful to you.

Imran KhanHello @shiftsrl,
I hope things are going well for you.
If you go on that page you’ll notice a captcha request just in the middle of the screen
I tried visiting this URL: https://test.fluencyelite.com/english-test/. However, I am unable to replicate the issue; screenshot reference: https://monosnap.ai/file/Ldasj6dds2KphaWI3GAFoSQN1YkiA7.
Are you still replicating the issue, or have you managed to fix it, as I can see the ReCaptcha added to the Forminator invisibly: https://monosnap.ai/file/eqE47Aa9U3Frm6jNVy2vogovRvULaF.
About these two screenshots from your end:
https://i.postimg.cc/RFD9cZ5S/Screenshot-2025-11-18-alle-13-34-53.png
https://i.postimg.cc/850DhzQG/Screenshot-2025-11-18-alle-13-35-03.png
Maybe the browser extension, device, or website has malware causing the issue. Have you tried visiting the same page using a different device or mobile browser? Are you replicating the same issue?Would you mind sharing the additional information on this?

Kind Regards,
Imran KhanHello @kuldeep2001,
I hope things are going well for you.
but after success payment why still showing incomplete entry ? if payment success then remove or replace incomplete to success i need to this flow so can we do?
Let me describe the flow:
Forminator creates a first payment intent, caches it, and uses it to display dynamic payment methods until a successful payment is made.During the actual payment:
– Forminator creates a new payment intent to ensure that the correct amount and currency will be paid (it’s a bit risky to use a cached payment intent because it could be modified over time, maybe even from Stripe’s side).– If the Forminator team removes the first incomplete payment intent, it is quite risky to use the same payment intent for a longer period. For security reasons, you’ll see two payment intents: the first for incomplete, and another as succeeded.
I hope this information helps, feel free to let us know if you need more info.

In reply to: E_COMPILE_ERRORHello @lilybabydoll1873,
I hope things are going well for you.
I tried installing the https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-courier-guy on my Local WP site with Nginx / PHP 8.2.27 / MySQL 8.0.35 database and WordPress 6.9-RC2-61266 Beta. I couldn’t replicate the issue with the plugin, which suggests there is no problem with the plugin itself, but it could be conflicts with other plugins.
For example, the issue is more likely that another plugin is loading a different Guzzle version, which seems to cause a conflict.
Here, I recommend a full conflict test to narrow it down. I see that currently the site is live, which seems maybe you’re getting to backend pages, the critical error.
0. If your hosting offers a staging service, then create it and conduct the remaining steps there.
1. Create an entire site backup for safety
2. Deactivate all the plugins.
3. Deactivate the current theme and set the WordPress default theme.
4. To ensure that all the plugins and themes are deactivated, whether the issue reproduces or not. If not, then.
5. Reactivate the theme and check whether the error reproduces. If not, keep reactivating the plugin until it produces the error.
6. The last activated plugin will be causing the issue. Here is the conflict test documentation, which you can refer to if you feel stuck while doing a conflict test.
https://wpmudev.com/docs/getting-started/getting-support/#conflict-test
https://wpmudev.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/Support-Process-Support-Process.gif`Feel free to conduct the test and share the outcome with us.

Imran KhanHello @giordanomorotti,
I hope things are going well for you.
I appreciate you sharing the site URL I’ve reviewed and the form date picker showing the month in Greek. Here is the screenshot for reference: https://monosnap.ai/file/Ja1vlFptsfnu3euK6pi587sIpQeyk1.
In case you’re referring to another forum field, please let us know so we can review it for you. Also, if you’ve managed to resolve the issue, you can share that here too.

Kind regards,
Imran KhanHello @alinasba,
We hope things are going well for you.
Thank you for your additional input. I attempted to replicate the issue on both forms, but unfortunately, I was unable to reproduce it on my end.
Test videos:
https://monosnap.ai/file/LfsESGY7MjbK5nxuMeSowW9DE8jgFn
https://monosnap.ai/file/hFuWo3lkuA7MSNfw9izhfzjNhQMFWTWe need additional information on this case. Would you mind testing the same things using a mobile browser with mobile data? It could be specific to your computer or a browser extension causing the issue. That is possible. Also, you can share the Device OS, Browser name, and version so we can set up the same environment to test the form.
Lastly, when you get a 403 error in the WP-Ajax request, please navigate to the preview tab as described in the screenshot here: https://monosnap.ai/file/WWVTKtEclDmuT9wlDtA1DTX4QrJXhP to see if it provides any additional information about the 403 error.
We look forward to hearing from you with the additional information.

In reply to: I cant get in the page of CustomizeHello @sunny324,
I hope things are going well for you.
If the question is related to the Theme > Customizer, then I recommend that you review the browser console log by right-clicking on the same page and clicking on Inspect if you’re using Chrome. Then, click on the Console tab and refresh the page. If you see any errors in red related to the theme or plugins, then you can try deactivating them, and for further troubleshooting, try switching to another theme temporarily.
If you see no console errors in the browser, then you can try some workarounds as suggested here: https://docs.presscustomizr.com/article/232-customizer-appearance-customize-is-not-working to narrow down which specific element is causing the issue. This way, you will find the root cause and be able to resolve it.
Also, if neither of the above works, try a full conflict test. This guide will help you: https://wpmudev.com/docs/getting-started/getting-support/#conflict-test. But first, for safety, create a full site backup.

Imran KhanHello @marsvo,
We’ve already replied to your request here https://wordpress.org/support/topic/e-mail-missing-tag/#post-18709267.
It seems the topic was created as a duplicate.
Please consider marking one as closed or resolved.

Kind Regards,
Imran KhanHello @marsvo,
I hope things are going well for you.
Currently, the plugin doesn’t have built-in HTML support in the Email notification body, and some elements are stripped for security reasons.
We have an existing task in our plugin backlog to add support for advanced email templates in Forminator notifications. While we plan to implement this feature, we cannot provide a specific release timeline at this time.
Another way to achieve this is through custom work, but unfortunately, we do not provide this service here.
For that, you’ll need to hire a developer so they can provide the required custom code. WordPress offers a jobs directory here: https://jobs.wordpress.net/. If you need further advice, feel free to email wpsupport@incsub.com.

Kind Regards,
Imran KhanHello @cgm99,
I hope things are going well for you. Also, I apologize for any trouble caused with Stripe.
I tested the keys on my site, and they work fine. Please check a few things:
1. Navigate to Stripe Dashboard >> Settings >> Installed Apps >> Forminator >> Uninstall it, which will invalidate the keys. Make sure you’re not using the same keys on other active forms, or skip this step.
2. Try the App Method from here: https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#connect-to-stripe
3. If the issue persists, I recommend trying manually and reviewing that all permissions are correctly set. Ref: https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#manual-api-key-creation.I am sorry again. I am sharing another round, but I hope this helps.

Kind Regards,
Imran KhanHello @jazzybearbb,
I hope things are going great for you.
Are you receiving the default emails from WordPress, such as plugin updates, password changes, and user account creation? You can also try sending an email from here: https://your-website.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword. (remember to replace the website URL). If you receive the email, then we need to review the email notification settings of the form.
You can review the email settings from Forminator > Forms > Edit > Email Notifications > Admin Notification> Recipients > Default > Add Admin Mail ID.
Also, you can follow this guide to troubleshoot it further.
https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#form-emails-not-sending.Can you please give a try and share the outcome with us?
