Hey @highrollerusa – Thanks for bringing this to our attention and sharing the workaround involving downgrading to version 4.6.1.
We’re investigating the issue but can you share a bit more info about the site setup? Specifically, is that site using the GoDaddy Payments plugin?
Thanks for looking into this. We are not using the GoDaddy Payments plugin, but we are using the PayPal for Woocommerce plugin from Angelleye (if that matters).

We have the same issue, specifically we get an out of memory error from PHP.
@highrollerusa – Are there any fatal error logs on the WooCommerce > Status > Logs page?
Here are the most recent fatal error logs:

Thanks, @highrollerusa.
We just released version 4.7.2 of the ShipStation Integration plugin. Can you try updating to that latest version (preferably on a staging copy of your site first, before updating your live site) and let us know if that fixes the issue?
Hi there,
Just checking in! Since it’s been a while, I’ll go ahead and close this out — but feel free to reach out whenever you’re ready.
Apart from this, if you’re happy with our plugin and the support you’ve received, we’d really appreciate a review: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce-shipstation-integration/reviews/#new-post
Sorry for the delay. We just upgraded to v4.7.4 and are still getting crashes on checkout:
503 Service Unavailable
The server is temporarily busy, try again later!
We had to downgrade to 4.6.1 again.
Thanks!
Hi @highrollerusa ,
Thanks for the update. Could you share with us the fatal error logs when you were using ShipStation for WooCommerce version 4.7.4.
We look forward to hearing back from you as soon as possible.
Hi @highrollerusa @jjjoel
Are you able to contact us at https://woocommerce.com/my-account/contact-support/? We’d love to troubleshoot this further and see if there’s a bug in ShipStation. Please mention this thread link in your support request when you create a ticket with us.
I am so sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I just tried again today to install 4.7.4 and saw the same behaviour, that the site crashes with a 503 error when trying to go to Checkout.
I don’t see anything at Woocommerce > Status > Logs that indicate any fatal errors. The Shipstation logs just show the normal polling every 2 hours or so, but no indication that an order was attempted but unable to get to Checkout. All the user sees is:
503 Service Unavailable
The server is temporarily busy, try again later!
After I revert back to 4.6.1, Checkout works.
I was able to contact you through Woocommerce.com and am submitting the info there as well.
Thank you

Hi there,
Thank you for following up with us!
Our developer team investigated this issue and the fix for this issue will be included in the next release of ShipStation.
For now, if you can keep the downgraded version on the site and update the version once the new version is out, that would be much appreciated!
