Use 303 for /feed redirect?

    Thank you for creating this very useful plugin!

    Looking at RFC 9110, the redirect from /feed to homepage seems to be closer in semantics to 303 See Other than to 301 Moved Permanently, since the latter signals rather that a new URL has been assigned to the same resource.

    Would it be possible for the plugin to return 303 instead?

    Hi @prestonwordsworth. I think you may be misattributing behavior to the Disable Search plugin (or I’ll need more details). Other than hiding or disabling search forms/widgets/blocks, the only other thing the plugin does is set a 404 response for any attempted search. It does not perform redirects nor issue 301/303 response codes.
