You can find this log in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory of your site via FTP.

Your logs are showing that your process times out on the wp_options table
Can you try adding the following to your wp-config.php
define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’ );
If this doesn’t help, can you send us your php error logs (these should be in the root of your site or you can ask your hosts for them)
