I have it installed locally with directory permissions set to 777 for /wp-content, and this issue occurs with almost every demo. I’ve used WP Reset to revert the database. Am I missing something here?

I tested the demo locally, in WP Playground, and on some test WordPress sites. It is working correctly, and the Template Part is not being deleted.
