Subscription Conflict

    Hi, i have Booking system activated in my website , plugin name BookingPress. And i have membership system activated , the plugin i have used for membership IS Paid Member subscriptions. Now, One of my Bookingpress customer, tried to purchase Membership BUT when she tries to sign up for the monthly membership option it says she’s a user but won’t let her sign in. Is this any conflict issue? or some setting issue of membership plugin? i can not understand.

    Hi @tagalif,

    1. Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins -> and send a screenshot with everything you have installed related to Paid Member Subscriptions (make sure the plugin version can be seen)?
    2. Could you please provide the URL of the Registration form from which the users encountered that issue?
