WordPress does not configure your DNS, this job belongs to your hosting.
Is that supposed to be your ‘darkside’ site? The subdirectory site, tilogeb.de/xoti/, is there.
It looks like you might have the subdomain pointing to the wrong directory in your control panel. So go into your hosting control panel tell it about your new subdomain ‘Xoti’ and then tell it where your root WordPress is installed. That would be the directory containing your WordPress and most likely the same one your root domain name points to.
It will look something like ‘public_html’ and may have a subdirectory under it.
It might also be that you didn’t add a wildcard or specific ‘A’ record for your subdomain but the sub is pointing somewhere so I suspect that is your webserver answering but not knowing where to send that subdomain to.
You will also need to make sure you have mapped the subdomain in WordPress to the proper subsite.
Let us know if you need more help.

@autotutorial he was asking more of a domain mapping question about multisite.
Thank you for your replies.
I am still a beginner with WordPress, so my question would be,
If I need a database, on the subdomain?
Maybe thats the problem?
