Simple Contact Form Security Failed

    Hi, Whenever someone puts details into the contact form it comes up a notification at the top saying security failed. I think I am using the free WPforms for this. It previously had worked as i got a message this morning but now getting security failed from users.

    I could not find a WPForms form on your site to reproduce the issue. From the page you shared, I could only see two “bdt-contact-form” (screenshot).

    Please provide the exact URL of your form. If you have removed the form, please add it to a test page and share the link with me. That way, I can run some tests and provide further assistance to solve the issue.
