In the meanwhile, you can try using our new plugin. In which Payment status will be automatically checked, you will not have to check payment status manually.

after this update, when we click on proceede to pay on checkout page , the full payment popup which we use to get before is not being triggered instead of that we get waiting for payment page of default woocomerce. kindly look in to it
Thanks for reporting the issue. It was some minor code merge issue which is resolved in v1.4.7. Kindly update the plugin.
