    Hi @rajeevbagra2025,

Thank you for reaching out. I checked your shop page, and it looks like it’s currently set to display product categories instead of individual products. From what I can see, your product categories don’t have any featured images assigned to them.

There are two ways you can fix this:

    Option 1:

Go to Products > Categories, edit each category, and add a featured image. This will ensure that images appear for each category on your shop page.

    Option 2:

Go to Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Catalog, and under Shop Page Display, change the setting from Show categories to Show products.

Either approach should resolve the issue, depending on how you want your shop page to appear.

    Hi @rajeevbagra2025,

Thanks for the update, and for sharing the screenshot link!

If no products are showing after switching the Shop Page Display to “Show products,” it’s possible that:

    1. The products are set to Hidden or Private visibility.
      • Please navigate to Products → All Products and ensure that each product’s visibility is set to Public (not hidden from the catalog or search).
    2. The shop page might be filtered or be using a shortcode that overrides the default display.
      • Check if you’ve added any [products] shortcodes or filtering plugins that could be limiting what appears.
    3. Also, double-check that the Shop page is correctly assigned under WooCommerce → Settings → Products → Shop page.

Could you confirm if your products appear when you visit their direct URLs (e.g., single product pages)? That will help narrow down whether it’s a catalog display issue or something preventing products from being queried.

    Hi @rajeevbagra2025,

Thanks for the update! I can see two products on the Shop page from my end. Could you confirm if there are more products that are still missing, or is that the complete list?

This will help us understand whether it’s a display issue or if some products aren’t being queried properly.
