Problem with Backup and other Server Problems

Ich habe ein Problem mit der Erstellung eines Backups mit WP Staging

wie kann ich die Logdateien hier hochladen?

Ich hatte davor auch schon Server Probleme als ich ein neues PlugIn installieren wollte.

Hintergrund: ich kann den Provider nicht mehr erreichen. Meldet sich nicht, teilt auch Authcode nicht mit für Umzug; trotz Einschreiben.

Was kann ich tun??

I also had server problems before when I wanted to install a new plugin.

Background: I can no longer reach the provider. They are not responding and are not providing the authentication code for the transfer, despite registered mail.
