Plugin removed from wordpress.org

    Hello there,

    the plugin has been removed from the wordpress.org plugin library. Therefore security plugins like WordFence will mark it as security risk. People will have to delete the plugin, because Webhosters will not allow unlistet plugins to be used.

    Can you give us any information about what is going on? Is there a chance the plugin will be fixed and listed again? I would love to continue using Recent Posts Widget Extended.

    Well, with no response from the plugin dev team, are others thinking this plugin may have been abandoned and that we will have to find another plugin?

    I keep hoping we will hear from them that they are working on it or a fix is being reviewed by the plugins team, but without that info, and the fact that the vulnerability is Contributor level users and up, I guess we will have to find a different plugin.

    Anyone have suggestions?
