• Hi,
    I’m experiencing a major issue after activating the plugin. When a customer completes a purchase using Stripe:

    • The cart gets emptied, but the customer remains on the cart page instead of being redirected to the order received/thank you page.
    • When I disable legacy checkout and use the new Stripe checkout, the issue worsens — the cart doesn’t get emptied at all, although we still receive the order and confirmation emails.

    As soon as I deactivate this plugin, everything works perfectly.

    Please advise how to fix this, as we need to add a surcharge for credit card payments but can’t compromise the checkout flow.

    Could you please share screenshots of all the settings you’ve configured in our plugin? Additionally, if possible, a short video showing the issue on your site would be really helpful. This will allow me to replicate the problem on my end and assist you more effectively.

    Alternatively, please feel free to provide temporary access to your staging site at ‘support at tychesoftwares dot com’, along with a brief description of the problem. We’ll be happy to investigate further for you!
