My product edit page breaks right after it loads, it turns out it was about this plugin, i was able to edit the products after i disabled the plugin. I don’t see any error message about it though, what might be the problem?

Hi @emresert86,
Thanks for sharing this with us, and I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with the product edit page.
We’ve tested the plugin on our end, and everything seems to be working fine. However, there could be different reasons why the page is breaking on your setup. To help us understand the issue better, could you please share the following details?- The version of the plugin you’re using
- Your WordPress and WooCommerce versions
- Any browser console errors when the page breaks
- A list of active plugins and your current theme
This info will help us check for any possible conflicts.
Also, if you’d prefer faster assistance, we recommend opening a support ticket with us directly. Our development team will be able to look into it more closely and guide you accordingly.
Looking forward to your reply so we can help you further!
Best regards,
Ankush 🙂We’re having the same issue on a client’s website and found disabling this plugin also fixed the product editor. Re-enabling the plugin breaks the editor again. It seems something is adding a style=” display: none;” to the page body.
We are having the same issue. Disabling the plug-in is the only way to resolve it.
When the plugin is active, the
bodyelement on the Product Edit page getsdisplay: noneas an inline style. I tried with different themes and checked all the plugin compatibility issues and this is the plugin causing the issue.Same here. I have a quick fix for now. Add this to your functions file:
add_action(‘admin_head’, function () {
global $pagenow;
// Apply only on product edit pages
if ($pagenow === ‘post.php’ && get_post_type() === ‘product’) {
echo ”;
}
});Same issue at one of our websites. Blank page at edit on a WOO product page. Disabling the plug-in is the only way to resolve it.
@johnegg If i add that to my functions.php i get a critical error:
============
Een fout van het type E_ERROR werd veroorzaakt op regelnummer 30 van het bestand /home/customer/www/zonderzooi.com/public_html/wp-content/themes/divi-child/functions.php. thrownNot sure, works for me so might be an issue with your divi theme or try past it at the very end of your functions file. Just make sure you copy & paste it correctly.
The same thing happens to me: it is impossible to edit the products in Woocommerce because the screen goes blank. I have disconnected all plugins in a cloned installation and then I have been connecting plugin by plugin until I found the problematic plugin: All in One Schema Rich Snippets. Brainstorm team, please check your product, the only way to work on editing the products is to deactivate your plugin. Not even going back to previous versions. Thank you very much for your attention, best regards.
