notifications issue with download field

When we receive the email notification from the form it shows a number for the dropdown field instead of the dropdown choice that is made.
Ex. position – 3 instead of position – “SPD Lead”The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

This issue is unknown unless you’re using custom code to modify the notification emails.
In order to try to reproduce the issue and provide more information, please share your form with me. To do this, go to WPForms > Tools and click on the Export tab. In the Form Export section, select the form you’d like to export, and it will download a JSON file for you. Here’s a screenshot of the setting. In case it’s helpful, we also have a tutorial for this here.
Then just share the JSON file with me. For this, you can share a link to a cloud service like WeTransfer, Google Cloud, etc.

However, when I added the code to a JSON file and tried to import the form, I received this error: “Please upload a valid .json form export file” (screenshot).

I was able to import the form using the code from the plain text email sent by WordPress.org.
I could not reproduce the issue. Here’s a screencast showing what I’m seeing: https://a.supportally.com/v/3WSOxD.
The issue is likely a conflict with custom code on your site. When you get the chance, could you please try using the steps in WPBeginner’s detailed guide on troubleshooting WordPress to see if it helps resolve the issue?

In this case, you could reach out to the theme’s author or support team. Share with them the details of the conflict that this plugin seems to be causing. They should be able to help.
