    We’re really sorry to hear about the trouble you experienced with importing a CSV using a semicolon separator. The plugin does support semicolon-delimited CSV files, so you shouldn’t be facing this issue under normal circumstances.

    To better understand what went wrong and help resolve it, could you kindly share a sample of the CSV file you were trying to import? Please make sure to remove any sensitive data before sharing. You can upload the file to a secure file-sharing service like WeTransfer and post the link here.
