No recurrence panel in the block editor

I create and edit events in the block editor, using this constant in wp-config.php:

define( 'EM_GUTENBERG', true );

When I disable this, I can show a metabox that defines recurrence for a recurring event; however, when it’s on, there’s no panel available to define recurrence. Is there any way to make this available in the block editor?
