    Hi

We have an issue with the “Download all submissions”. It is missing recent submissions when we click. Hard to define a specific timeline, but it is probably some hours (definitely not days). Is there some delay or does it somehow check the time of the submissions? (One thing that came to my mind is that if the system clock / local time are of by an hour or so, could it be that it seems to the system that the submission is in the future and it is set to only download from the past)

    Hi there,

We need more information, such as system reports and exported forms, to take a closer look at the issue. For security purposes, it’s not advisable to share this information publicly, as it could pose a security risk to your website.

Please reach out to our Customer Success team for further assistance. They can delve deeper into the problem and help ensure that you can download your form submissions smoothly.

    Regards

    Hi,

I made another test. I installed ninja forms to different site on different server, added the default “Contact form” form to a page and made a submission and after that went to “download all submissions”. There was no submissions. So definitely there is a bug. I find it quite unlikely to have the same problem in 2 different sites running on different servers and using different themes.

Maybe you should try those steps and see if it happens to you?

    Hi there,

    Sorry for the delay.

To resolve this, go to the Submissions page, click Bulk Form Exports at the bottom, select your desired form, and in Select Dates set the end date to a future date (for example, Start date: 19 Sep; End date: 20 Sep). Then click Export — the exported file should include the recent submissions.

Give it a try, and let me know how that goes!

    Have a good day!

    Thanks
    Faisal
