Mysql/Ubuntu help

This actually has little to do with WordPress, but rather with the system you use to provide the resources WordPress needs. Instructions for installing MySQL on Ubuntu can be found here, for example: https://documentation.ubuntu.com/server/how-to/databases/install-mysql/index.html – you must then create a database and a database user for the installation, which you must then enter when installing WordPress.
