Manage the settings plugin without being admin

    Hello,

    Someone must have to access to CookieYes to configure the plugin on a website I manage, but the only way to let this person to configure it, is to be administrator. I don’t want to give this person the keys of the website. I tried to manage the permissions with User role editor, and with manage_option but, the user still has too many possibilities. Is there any option i missed ?
