Logged-in Amelia Customers Cannot Access Cart Page on Our Site

We are currently experiencing an issue where logged-in users (specifically Amelia customers) are unable to access the cart page at https://readmy.jp/cart, which prevents them from proceeding to payment.
Here are the relevant details:
- In Ultimate Member > Settings > Access > Global Site Access, we have selected “Site accessible to everyone.”
- The page https://readmy.jp/cart is a standard WooCommerce cart page where users can view and proceed with their selected services/products.
- After adding an item to the cart, users click “View Cart” and are redirected to https://readmy.jp/cart, but they are shown a message saying “You need to log in to view this page.” even though they are already logged in.
- Additionally, we noticed that https://readmy.jp/payment is not listed or linked anywhere on our official READMY website, which may be contributing to confusion or access issues.
This behavior is unexpected, and we would appreciate your guidance on how to resolve this issue so that logged-in users can complete their purchases smoothly.
