What exactly happens when you try to upload a photo in the Classic Editor?
wpms = wordpress multisite
gutenberg editor
with classic editior, nothing show up.
when i click insert to post, it never show, insert to post button/function look like broken but able to bring me back to edit page just nothing show.
if i paste URL with img tag, it work.
last check:
image storage URL ok
SSL ok (wildcard)
just not sure why it won’t work.

I tested this myself in a multisite. I’m using WordPress 6.8.3 and the Classic Editor plugin is the only one active.
When editing a page, I see the “Add Media” button here:

When I click on it, I am taken to the media selection in the Media Library:

Here, I can easily select one or more images and insert them into the editor.

If this does not work for you, another plugin you are using may be interfering. Try deactivating all plugins except the Classic Editor. If it then works, one of the deactivated plugins was the cause of the problem.
i done deactivate everything but still no luck, it doesnt look like plugin issue.
seem like wpms having difficulty to set SSL for all subdomain, whenever i create new domain, force redirect or force SLL is ok, just internal wordpress still set it at two site, in dashboard it show https, but under all site it show “http” even manually edit, still won’t work …..
